FAQs

When will you send my order?

We usually ship out orders within 1~5 business days after payment is clear. (Excluding weekends and holidays)

- During the supply issues ( restock delay ) the ship out time can be delayed.

- During the special events the ship out time can be delayed as the number of orders increases .

What is combined order gift?

1. More than 3 freebies (depends on total amount) are given for every order.
2. All gifts may be subject to change without notice.

3. Free gifts are limited in quantity, so if they are out of stock at the time of shipment, they may not be available.

Cancellation / Partial refund / Out of stock / Products

- ‘Out of stock’ email sent.

* In case there are missing products in your order, you will be directed to a separate email after cancellation.

Cancellation of the subject item comes first so that the delivery of the rest of the order can proceed because we cannot estimate when the product will be in stock again.

In this case, we are not able to cancel orders and refund shipping fees for 'out of stock ' reasons.

- Request a cancellation for a completed 1-7 days order.

* Please contact the Customer service team immediately on 1:1 INQUIRY or 'vraum0422@gmail.com' .

Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after completion, and it may not always be possible to cancel.

- Request a refund for a different amount which became higher.

* We provide the various events or promotions by the period, so the price of the product can be different.

Therefore, the price of the order which is already placed can not be adjusted or compensated according to the promotions.

- Received different package or texture items .

* Beauty brands develop new formulas and often change product packaging.

So the product may change packaging or have a slightly different texture when new formulas or versions are renewed.

- The actual color of an item is different from a photo

* Please note that the actual colors may be slightly different from the photos depending on the device you are using and individual skin tones.

Therefore, an exchange or refund of the product is not possible for this reason.

- Not receive any free gifts.

* Free gifts are limited in quantity, So if they are out of stock at the time of shipment, they may not be available.

Return / Damage / Missing / Wrong item

Please contact our CS for the following issues within 14 days from the date of receipt

* Return

The following are required with your order number

-Photos of items you would like to return

Any item that shows any signs of usage or opened can not be returned.

Once our CS team confirms the request, we will share our Korea return address.

We will not responsible for the shipping cost refund (original shipping cost + return shipping cost)

The refund will be issued once we receive the item back.

It applies to all shipping method orders , including free shipping methods.

- Please note that original shipping cost & return shipping fee might be bigger than your original payment amount ,

in that case there would be no refund for the returned package.

* Damage

The following are required with your order number

- Photos of the damaged item ( A detailed photo of the damaged area )

- Original shipping label

* Missing

The following are required with your order number

- Photos of all received items

- Original shipping label

* Wrong item

The following are required with your order number

- The photo of the wrong item

- Original shipping label

* Shipping failures

- Shipping cost (original shipping cost + return shipping cost) of returned parcels due to change of mind / unclaimed return / recipient refused /

absence of addressee / wrong or insufficient address / any of could not deliver reason , will not be refunded.

It applies to all shipping method orders , including free shipping methods.

- Please note that original shipping cost & return shipping fee might be bigger than your original payment amount ,

in that case there would be no refund for the returned package.

- Please double check your zip code and detailed address during the checkout.

- Notice from the shipping company may or may not be sent to the recipient,

so not getting a notice cannot be regarded as a reason to get a refund for the returned parcel.

- For claims on returned parcels can be checked within 6 months from the purchase date only.

*The refund process will NOT be proceeded until informed of any official results from the shipping company.

*The original shipping cost is higher than the shipping cost announced by shipping policy.

Genuine item / Renewal item

we only sell 100% genuine and new items in our store.

We receive products directly from the manufacturer or the official retailers. There is no need to be concerned about the product's authenticity.

1. Beauty brands develop new formulas and often change product packaging.

So the product may change packaging or ingredientes have a slightly different texture when new formulas or versions are renewed.

2. Ingredients list may change from time to time. Please check the latest ingredient list by referring to the ingredients list on the product package you receive.

3. Please note that the actual colors may be slightly different from the photos depending on the device you are using and individual skin tones.
